We ship live plants with care and attention to ensure they arrive safely and in the best possible condition.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
  • Orders are shipped Monday–Wednesday only (to avoid weekend delays)
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships

During peak periods or import arrivals, processing times may be slightly extended.

We Ship Only When Weather Permits

To protect plant health, we only ship when weather conditions are safe along the entire delivery route.

This means your order may be temporarily held if conditions are too extreme.

When We May Delay Shipping

We may delay shipment if:

  • Temperatures are below 5°C (41°F)
  • Temperatures are above 30°C (86°F)
  • Severe weather conditions (snowstorms, heatwaves, etc.) are expected

Our goal is to prevent cold damage, heat stress, and transit shock.

What This Means

  • Your order may ship later than standard processing times
  • We continuously monitor weather conditions
  • Orders will ship as soon as it is safe

No action is required — we handle everything for you.

Weather Protection

For extreme temperatures, we strongly recommend adding:

  • Heat packs
  • Cold packs
  • Insulated packaging

 Orders shipped without protection are at customer’s risk during extreme weather

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping information.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Returned packages due to address errors
  • Packages left unattended after delivery

Reshipping fees will apply if a package is returned.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the courier.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays
  • If your package is lost, please contact the courier first
  • We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacement. 

Plant Condition Disclaimer

  • Each plant is unique and may vary in size, shape, and bloom stage
  • Minor imperfections are normal.

Shipping Limitations

We can only ship to locations with an estimated delivery time of 4 days or less. If this is not available for your address, we will contact you with available options.

Some less serviced or rural areas may have limited courier options or higher shipping rates. In these cases, additional shipping fees may apply, and we will reach out prior to processing your order to confirm

Combined Orders & Shipping Fees

We’re happy to combine multiple orders to help you save on shipping whenever possible.

How Combined Shipping Works

  • If you place multiple orders, we will combine them into one shipment when possible
  • This helps reduce duplicate shipping costs

 Shipping Fee Adjustment

Shipping is based on package weight and size.

  • If the combined package does not significantly increase in size/weight → you may save on shipping
  • If the package exceeds courier limits (weight or box size) →
    ➤ Additional shipping fees may apply
