Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final.

Live Arrival Guarantee (24 Hours Only)

We guarantee that your plant will arrive alive.

  • To qualify:
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of plant, packaging, and label

If approved, we offer:

  • Store credit only (no refunds)
  • Replacement only if available

What We Don't Cover

We cannot be held responsible for the health of your plant once it has been in your care for more than 24hours. Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Improper Care: Overwatering, underwatering, or improper lighting etc. 

  • Carrier Delays: While we assist with claims, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Shipping Risk

All shipments are at buyer’s risk once handed to the courier.

We strongly recommend:

  • Express shipping
  • Adding heat/cold protection

Order Cancellation

  • Allowed within 12 hours only. Orders that have not yet been processed, picked up, shipped, or delivered may be cancelled in part or in full. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, minus a 5% restocking/processing fee.
  • After that, order is locked for processing

No Returns / No Exchanges

We do not accept returns under any circumstances.
