- Light: Requires bright, filtered light . High light intensity is crucial during the summer growing season to build up energy for winter blooming.
-
Watering & Feeding:
- Growing Season (Spring to Summer): Water heavily and fertilize regularly as soon as new growth and fresh green roots appear.
- Dormancy Season (Late Fall to Winter): Initiate a strict dry winter rest starting around late November. Cut off all fertilizer and drastically reduce watering (only mist occasionally to prevent severe shriveling) until buds form in early spring.
