🌡️ Winter Shipping & Heat Pack Instructions
To help protect your orchids during cold weather, please add a 72-hour heat pack to your order when temperatures are expected to drop.
- Above 10°C: Heat pack is generally not necessary.
- 5–10°C: heat pack recommended.
- 0–5°C: heat pack required.
- Below 0°C: delay shipping if possible
📦 How many heat packs?
- 1 plant: 1 heat pack
- 2–3 plants: 2 heat pack
- 4+ plants: 2-3 heat packs
⚠️ Shipping is always weather-permitting. If temperatures are too cold along the route, we may recommend delaying shipment until conditions are safer for the plants.
